Sabeelul Hidaya Islamic College has achieved a remarkable new international milestone, adding to its distinguished record of successes by securing third place in the International Debating Championship. The prestigious event was organized by Al-Junied Al-Islamiah School in Singapore, featuring 20 competing teams representing five different countries from around the world.
This achievement comes as the fruit of continuous academic preparation and intensive training. The college team delivered an outstanding performance across various rounds of the tournament, outperforming several international teams and cementing the institution's strong presence in global intellectual and debating arenas.
The triumph did not stop there; student Muhammed Thansih was awarded the title of 'Best Debater' in the championship. He earned the top individual spot among participants from various nations following a striking performance that showcased his exceptional persuasive skills, quick wit, and powerful arguments.
This milestone is a continuation of Sabeelul Hidaya Islamic College's long history of honorable international representation. Over the past years, the institution has consistently raised the banner of excellence in global forums, including its prominent participation in the Asian Debating Championship held in the Sultanate of Oman.
